Conversational Panel for Inquiries

As your agents handle contacts, Enlighten Copilot for Supervisors gives you a conversational area where you can type a prompt to ask questions about your data. It even provides suggested questions to help you get started.
To see the conversational panel, you must enable the Conversational Panel permission.
You can get started by asking a question.
- Click the app selector and select Supervisor .

On the Live Monitoring page, click to expand the right panel and select Enlighten Copilot .

In the conversational panel, type your prompt to ask questions about various data sets. Suggested questions are available to get you started on your queries.

You can click on a suggested question to copy it into the prompt box.

Submit your query to receive a response. After submitting a prompt, you can still access the suggested questions. Click on to view another list of three relevant questions.
